Overview

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. Develop strategies to maximize ROI, conduct A/B testing, and analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Develop bidding strategies to maximize ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations
  • Create reports and present results to stakeholders
  • Stay updated with the latest SEM trends and platform changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in SEM or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other ad platforms
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience with social media advertising
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
